Name of exercise:    WINDMILLS
Start Position Middle Position Finish Position

What to do:

Stand with your knees bent, your back arched slightly and hold two dumbbells.  Hold the dumbbells with your palms facing forward.  Raise the dumbbells turning the hands as you raise the them so the palms are always facing forward.  Bring the dumbbells all the way to the top together and then back down.  Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way back down.

Don't Forget to: As you raise the dumbbells in the air avoid standing upright.  Keep your form with the knees slightly bent and the upper body bend over somewhat.
Equipment needed: Two dumbbells
Muscles worked: Shoulders.
