Shoulder exercises

Name of exercise:    STANDING DUMBBELL ROWS
Start Position Finish Position
What to do:

Hold two dumbbells in front of you close together as shown in the start position.  Raise the elbows bringing the dumbbells under your chin.  Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way back down.

Don't Forget to: Keep the dumbbells close together and don't try to bring them up to the same level as your elbows.  The correct form is to have your arms in a ' V ' like shown in the finish position.
Equipment needed: Two dumbbells.
Muscles worked: Shoulders, especially front shoulder and trapezius muscles
