Name of exercise:    SLEDGEHAMMER DUMBBELL RAISES
Start Position Finish Position
What to do:

Hold two dumbbells to your side with your palms facing your body. Keeping the palms in lift one arm straight up until the arm is above the horizontal.  Alternate your arms Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down.

Don't Forget to: Let the arm come all the way back down before you raise the opposite arm.
Equipment needed: Two dumbbells.
Muscles worked: Front shoulder muscles.
