| What to do: | Sit down on the shoulder press machine and grab the handles. If you grab the handles in the front you will work more of the front shoulder muscles and if you grab the handles to the side you will work the middle part or body of the shoulder muscles. Grab the handles and push over your head. Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way back down. | |||
| Don't Forget to: | Both the seat and the handles are adjustable on most shoulder press machines. Adjust them so that your starting position gives about a 90 degree angle in your elbows as shown in the start position. | |||
