Shoulder exercises

Name of exercise:    REAR DELT MACHINE
Start Position
Finish Position
What to do:

Sit down facing the rear deltoid machine (also the seated pec machine if you are facing the other way).  Grab on o the handles and lift your elbows up to the same horizontal plane as your shoulders.  Pull the bar back as far as you can.  Exhale on the way back and inhale as you return to the start position.

Don't Forget to: Pivot from the shoulder joint and not the elbows.
Equipment needed: Rear deltoid machine (also seated pec if facing the other way)
Muscles worked: Rear shoulder.
