Shoulder exercises

Name of exercise:   OVERHEAD FLYS ON BALL
Start Position Finish Position
What to do:

Sit on an exercise ball with two dumbbells.  Begin the exercise by holding the dumbbells out to the side of your body making a ' T ' as shown in the start position.  Slowly pivot from the elbows and bring the dumbbells over your head and together.  Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way back down.

Don't Forget to: When coming back down never bring the arms past the horizontal.  Make sure you use a weight that you can control.  You will get more out of it using a light weight under control than using a heavier weight with poor form.
Equipment needed: Exercise ball, two dumbbells.
Muscles worked: Shoulders, core.
