| What to do: | Stand on one leg. For increase balance suck your abdominal muscles in from the belly button as much as you can and squeeze your glute muscles (butt cheeks) together. While balancing on one leg raise the dumbbells to your side. Raise them shoulder level or slightly higher. Do half of the set repetitions on one leg and then switch legs and do the other half. Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way back down. |

| Don't Forget to: | Don't allow the leg in the air to touch the leg you are balancing on. That would be cheating and not true balance. | ||||
