Name of exercise:    INCLINE SHOULDER PRESS MACHINE: SIDE
Start Position Finish Position
What to do:

Lay down on the incline press machine.  Grab the side handles.  Press up over your head.  Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down. 

Don't Forget to: You can adjust the handles on the machine.  Adjust them so that your elbows are beneath your shoulders as shown in the start position.
Equipment needed: Incline shoulder press machine.
Muscles worked: Middle of the shoulder muscles.
