Shoulder exercises

Name of exercise:    DUMBBELL SHRUGS
Start Position Finish Position
What to do:

Stand up and hold two dumbbells to the side of your body.  Lifting from the shoulder raise the dumbbells as high as you can.  Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way back down.

Don't Forget to: Keep the arms straight.   Don't bend at the elbows or you will be working more arms and less shoulder muscles.
Equipment needed: Two dumbbells.
Muscles worked: Shoulders, trapezious.
