Shoulder exercises

Name of exercise:    DUMBBELL PRESS ON BALL
Start Position Finish Position
What to do:

Sit on an exercise ball.  Holding two dumbbells hold them to your side with a 90 degree angle in your elbows and the palms facing forward.  Press the dumbbells over your head bringing them together at the top.  Exhale on the way up an inhale on the way back down.

Don't Forget to: Only bring your arms back down so that the elbows are at the same level as your shoulders.
Equipment needed: Exercise ball, two dumbbells.
Muscles worked: Shoulders.
