| What to do: | First attach an easy-curl bar attachment to the cable pulley machine. Adjust the cable pulley so that is low, all the way to the floor. Put an exercise weight on the floor for you to stand on. Grab the bar and stand on the weight on the balls of your feet. Start standing upright with a slight lean backwards as shown in the start position. Bend over and let the bar come down towards the cable pulley. As you do so bring your pelvis back as far as you can and extend the arms down and forward as much as you can. Keep the arms completely locked. Once you have come down as far as you can bend over stand back up to the starting position. |

| Don't Forget to: | Get a good stretch on the way down. Bend over enough so that you really feel it in your hamstrings. Keep both your legs and arms locked. Bring your shoulders back and arch your back when you return to the start position. This will help take the pressure off your lower back for a second. | ||||
