| What to do: | Hold two dumbbells to the side of your body. Bring one leg forward and stand so that you have good balance. Allow the dumbbells to bring your entire body down towards the ground. Bring you knee almost to the floor and then come back up. Do all of the reps with one leg forward and then do the second leg. |

| Don't Forget to: | Keep the front leg so that the knee is over the heel and not the toe. Don't let the leg come too far foward. | ||||
