Name of exercise:   BALL EXTENSION
Start Position
Finish Position
What to do:

Lay on your back and support yourself on your elbows.  Grab an exercise ball between your ankles and squeeze very tightly.  Lift the ball and bend your legs.  Lift your legs slightly and extend your legs straight like shown. Return to the start position.

Don't Forget to: Squeeze the ball tight.
Equipment needed: Exercise Ball
Muscles worked: Inner thigh muscles.
