Name of exercise:    REVERSE REPEATERS
Start Position Finish Position
What to do: Stand on the spotting platform of an incline bench press or military press machine.  Attach a bar to the machine for you to hold on to.  Make sure you put weight on the bar so it will be stable.  Lock your arms and extend your rear and pelvis as far away from the machine as you can.  Extend one leg back as far as you can and point the foot.  SLOWLY go up and down tapping the floor gently as you go down.  You will be working the glute muscle of the leg that is up on the platform.
Don't Forget to: Keep arms locked,  hips back, and to SLOWLY!
Equipment needed: Bar, incline bench press or military press machine with platform in back of bench.
Muscles worked: Glutes and some quads.
