Name of exercise:    MULTI HIP MACHINE
Start Position Finish Position
What to do: Stand upright. Place the arm of the machine behind the knee of  the leg closest to the machine as shown.  Push the arm of the machine down and behind you straightening the leg as you do so.
Don't Forget to: Stand upright.  Avoid the tendency to bend forward as you push the leg back: stand upright.  Don't go too slow.  It is very easy to cheat using momentum on this machine.
Equipment needed: Multi Hip Machine
Muscles worked: Glutes & some hamstrings.
