Name of exercise:   BUTT BLASTER

Start Position
Finish Position
What to do: Kneel down on the machine as shown and place your elbows on the elbow rests.  Grab onto the handles with your hands and place your foot on the foot pad.  Lift your leg straight up towards the ceiling.  Do all reps on one leg first and then switch to the other leg.
Don't Forget to: When you press your leg up be sure to push with the heel and not toe of the foot.  This will help keep your foot on the pad instead of slipping off.  On the way down don't just let the weight drop, bring it down with control.
Equipment needed: Butt Blaster machine (also called glute machine depending on the brand)
Muscles worked: Glutes
