Chest exercises

Name of exercise:    SEATED PEC
Start Position Finish Position
What to do:

Adjust the seat so that the handles will be at chest level.  Adjust the handles so that you will have a good stretch on the way back.  Reach back and grab the handles and squeeze the hands together.  When you return to the start position between repetitions make sure you get a good stretch in the chest.

Don't Forget to: Keep the fingers open, don't wrap them around the handles.  This will help emphasize the chest muscles instead of the arms.  Also, make sure you keep your elbows up so they are on the same horizontal plane as your hands.
Equipment needed: Seated pec/rear delt machine
