Chest exercises

Name of exercise:    ROTARY CHEST
Start Position Finish Position
What to do:

On the rotary chest machine you can adjust the width of the handles.  Adjust them so that your forearms will be facing forward.  Press down on the foot lever to bring the handles into position.  Push on the handles.  The machine will follow a pre-set range of motion.  Bring your hands together as your arms are extended and return to the start position.

Don't Forget to: The seat is also adjustable.  Adjust the seat so that the handles are at chest level.
Equipment needed: Rotary chest machine.
Muscles worked: Chest.
