Name of exercise:    PUSH UPS: HANDS ON BALL
Start Position
Finish Position
What to do:

Straighten your body so that your are not arching or humping your back  With your arms extended place your hands on an exercise ball.  Bending at the elbows bring your body down to the ball and then push back off.  Exhale as you push off and inhale on the way down.

Don't Forget to: Here we show the ball up against a wall for some increased stability.  To increase the difficulty level do this exercise without the ball against the wall.
Equipment needed: Exercise ball.
Muscles worked: Chest, arms, core, some shoulders.
