Name of exercise:    PUSH UPS: FEET ON BALL
Start Position

What to do:

The best way to get into this position is to lay on the ball and then walk your body over the ball with your hands walking on the floor and your legs/body on the ball.  Walk with your hands far enough away from the ball until your feet are on the top of the ball.  With your feet on the ball do a push up down to the floor. 

Don't Forget to: Go slow and use control.  Since your feet are an an unstable ball it is possible to lose balance if you are out of control.  Exhale on the way up from the push up and also as you extend your legs back after the knee-in.
Equipment needed: Exercise ball.
Muscles worked: Chest, arms, core, some shoulders.
