| What to do: | Adjust the arm pads of the pectoral fly machine so that you will be able to get a good stretch while performing the exercise. Grab onto the handles and place your forearms on the pads. Squeeze the pads all the way together. Exhale as you bring the pads in and inhale as you return out to the start position. |

| Don't Forget to: | Don't jerk the weight back and forth as this could cause shoulder injury. When you bring the pads in close together make a conscious effort to squeeze the chest muscles together. | ||||||||
