Chest exercises

Name of exercise:    INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS
Start Position Finish Position
What to do: Incline a bench and sit down with two dumbbells.  Start with the dumbbells out to the side and the palms facing forward as shown in the start position.  Press the dumbbells up and over the top part of your chest bringing the dumbbells together as  you do so.  Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down.
Don't Forget to: Keep the dumbbells over the top part of your chest.
Equipment needed: Incline bench, two dumbbells.
Muscles worked: Chest, especially the upper chest.
