Chest exercises

Name of exercise:    INCLINE BENCH PRESS
Start Position
Finish Position
What to do:

Sit down on an incline bench press.  Center your hands so that they are equal distance from the center of the bar and also so that your forearms are vertical.  Lift the bar off of the rack as shown in the start position.  Bring the bar down to the top part of your chest and then press back off extending the arms fully.  Exhale as you push up, inhale as you bring the bar down.

Don't Forget to: Use a spotter.  Don't bounce the weight off of your chest.
Equipment needed: Incline bench press.
Muscles worked: Chest muscles, especially upper chest.
