Name of exercise:    DECLINE BENCH PRESS
Start Position
Finish Position
What to do:

Get on a sit up machine.  Take two dumbbells and bring them down so you get a good stretch in the chest as shown in the start position above.  Press the dumbbells up extended the arms fully.  Exhale as you press the dumbbells up.  Bring them back down and continue.

Don't Forget to: When you are pressing the dumbbells your forearms should always be vertical.  Don't let the dumbbells bow in or out.
Equipment needed: Sit up machine, dumbbells.
Muscles worked: Chest.  Some arms.
