Chest exercises

Name of exercise:    DUMBBELL PRESS ON BALL
Start Position Finish Position
What to do: Lay down with your back flat on an exercise ball.  Take two dumbbells and spread them so that your chest muscles get a good stretch.  This will facilitate full range of motion during the exercise.  Press the dumbbells straight up and bring them together in the middle over the mid part of your chest.  Bring the dumbbells back down & continue.  Doing presses like this on an exercise ball will increase your overall strength by requiring all of your stabilizing muscles to work along with the chest muscles.
Don't Forget to: Don't sway on the ball.  Hold your abs tight for stability.  Exhale up and inhale down.
Equipment needed: Exercise ball, two dumbbells.
Muscles worked: Chest. minimal arms
