Chest exercises

Name of exercise:    DUMBBELL FLYS ON BALL
Start Position Finish Position
What to do:

Lay down on an exercise ball.  Take two dumbbells and spread bring your arms straight over you as shown above in the start position.  Pivoting from the shoulder joint (not the elbows!) let the dumbbells come out as wide as you can bring them.  This will give your muscles full range of motion.  Bring the dumbbells back up over your chest and continue.

Don't Forget to: Try not to rock the ball.  Keep the abs tight through the exercise.  Exhale up, inhale down.
Equipment needed: Exercise ball, two dumbbells.
