| What to do: | Lay down flat on your back on an exercise bench. Put your feet up on the bench also to make sure you low back is flat. Start with holding the dumbbells to the side with the forearms vertical and the palms facing each other. While exhaling press the dumbbells straight you as shown in the finish position. Exhale up and inhale on the way back down. |
