Chest exercises

Name of exercise:    CHEST PRESS MACHINE
Start Position Finish Position
What to do: Sit down on the chest press machine.  Push on the bar (that looks like a "T" in the pictures above) to get your handles in position.  This way you you don't have to torque your shoulders reaching back for the handles.  Grab the handles and push them away from your body exhaling as you do so.  Inhale as you return to the starting position.
Don't Forget to: Mix it up with the handle grip. As you can see the handle is L-shaped.  On different days when performing this exercise sometimes grab on the vertical handle, other days on the horizontal handle grip.  This will help add variety to your work out.
