Name of exercise:  STANDING DUMBBELL ROWS
Start Position Finish Position Side View
What to do:

Take two dumbbells and hold them right on the tips of your fingers.  The reason for this is to help concentrate on the upper back muscles instead of the arms.  Bend your knees somewhat, arch your back, and bend over slightly.  Hold the dumbbells out to the side so that the forearms are vertical like shown.  Concentrate on trying to lift the elbow straight up in the air and just let the dumbbells come along for the ride.  Lift as high as you can and slowly return the dumbbells to the starting position all the while keeping your form of bended knees, arched back, and slightly bent over posture.

Don't Forget to: Keep the wrists straight and the forearms vertical as you lift the dumbbells.
Equipment needed: Two dumbbells.
Muscles worked: Upper back and trapezius muscles and some rear shoulder.
