| What to do: | This
exercise is very similar to the seated rows
accept you are using a rope instead. Attach a rope to the seated row bench. Sit down on the bench, grab the rope, and put your feet up on the foot platform. Sit up straight and slowly pull rope. As you are pulling on the rope dip your elbows down and then back up by the time your elbows are as far back as they can go. In other words the motion should be like a scooping motion. Exhale as you pull. As you pull the rope in simultaneously squeeze your shoulder blades together and up. Do the exact opposite motion of the shoulder blade motion as you return to the start position. |

| Don't Forget to: | Keep the forearms parallel with the ground and the palms at about a 45 degree angle facing inwards towards each other. | ||||
