Name of exercise:   ROTARY UPPER BACK
Start Position Finish Position
What to do:

There are three pieces on this equipment to adjust. You will need to adjust the seat, the chest support, and the handles.  Adjust all three so that you can have a full range of motion and the weight stack will not touch down when you return to the start position.
Sit down on the seat to this machine.  Grab the handles and raise the elbows high.  Actually lead with the elbows and pull the handles back as far as you can.  Then return to the start position.  Exhale as you pull and inhale as you return to start position.

Don't Forget to: Keep your chest resting against the chest support.  It is easy to have a tendency to lean back: don't!  Also, don't let the weight stack touch down between each repetition.  Like all exercises keep tension in the muscles throughout the entire set.
Equipment needed: Rotary upper back machine.
Muscles worked: Muscles of the upper back and some rear shoulder.
