Back exercises |
| Name of exercise: ROTARY UPPER BACK | |||||
| Start Position | Finish Position | ||||
| What to do: |
There are three pieces on this equipment to adjust. You will need to adjust
the seat, the chest support, and the handles. Adjust all three so that
you can have a full range of motion and the weight stack will not touch down
when you return to the start position. |
| Don't Forget to: | Keep your chest resting against the chest support. It is easy to have a tendency to lean back: don't! Also, don't let the weight stack touch down between each repetition. Like all exercises keep tension in the muscles throughout the entire set. | ||||
| Equipment needed: | Rotary upper back machine. | ||||
| Muscles worked: | Muscles of the upper back and some rear shoulder. | ||||
