| What to do: | Adjust the seat and the handles so that as you reach up your arms are just full extended. Sit down and sit upright with a slight arch in your back. Grab the handles and pull down until your elbows are right to your side as shown. As you pull the weights down exhale and as you return to the start position inhale. | ||||
| Don't Forget to: | Keep the handles horizontal. The handles do rotate so don't let your wrists get lazy. | ||||
| Equipment needed: | Rotary Lat machine. | ||||
| Muscles worked: | Upper and mid back muscles with extreme emphasis on the lats. | ||||
