Name of exercise:   PULL UPS: WIDE
Start Position Finish Position
What to do:

An old fashion exercise but very effective.  Grab on to the bar in a wide grip and pull your body up until your chin or face is at the level of the bar.  Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down.

Don't Forget to: Try not to be too jerky going up and down.  Use your muscles, not momentum.  Don't cross one leg over the other.  This gives you leverage which in this case you don't want.  Basically, it's cheating and you don't work your back as much.
Equipment needed: Bar or handles on a bar.
Muscles worked: Back muscles and biceps.
