Chest exercises

Name of exercise:    LOW BACK MACHINE
Start Position Finish Position
What to do: Sit down on the machine and put your feet up on the foot rest.  Grab onto the handles and push back on the back pad until your can't go back any further.  Slowly return the the original start position.
Don't Forget to: Don't let the weight stack come all the way down so you can keep the tension in the muscles for the entire set.
Equipment needed: Low back machine.
Muscles worked: Lower back.
