| What to do: | Adjust the low back bend bench so the top is just below your upper pelvis. Rest the back of your calves on the pad on the bottom. Bend over until your upper body is just below horizontal. Bring your body back up until your back is slightly arched. For beginners cross your arms across your chest. Intermediate should hold a weight across your chest and for advanced hold a weight behind your head. | ||||
| Don't Forget to: | The range of motion is from just below horizontal to your back slightly arched on the top. Don't do the exercise too fast. | ||||
