| What to do: | Attach a long bar to the lat pull down machine. Grab the bar between the curve and the end of the bar on each side. Sit down on the machine bringing your knees snug under the knee rests in front o you. Lean slightly forward and pull the bar behind your head. Bring it down as far as you can and then return to the start position. | ||||
| Don't Forget to: | Don't jerk the weight up and down. Use controlled repetitions. | ||||
| Equipment needed: | Lat pull down machine, long bar attachment. | ||||
| Muscles worked: | Upper and mid back muscles, especially the lats, and muscles around the shoulder blades. | ||||
