Name of exercise:   BENT OVER DUMBBELL ROWS
Start Position Finish Position
What to do: Bend over an exercise bench and place the same hand and knee on the bench.  Flatten your back so that it is parallel with the ground.  Take your dumbbell and first extend the arm so that it is hanging off the edge of the bench as shown in the starting position.  Slowly pull the dumbbell into the side of your chest.
Don't Forget to: Keep the back flat and don't jerk the dumbbell up an down.  Don't twist the body as you bring the dumbbell.  Rather, lead with the elbow.
Equipment needed: Exercise bench, dumbbell.
Muscles worked: Upper, outer back muscles.
