| What to do: | Attach an easy curl bar attachment to a cable pulley machine. Adjust the pulley so it is low, close to the floor. Grab the bar on the 'slant down' as shown with the palms up. Next, bring your elbows forward and begin the exercise with the arms straight. Curl the bar up flexing the arms exhaling as you do so. On the way down inhale and use control. | ||||
