| What to do: | This exercise can be done sitting on a bench but is best if done on an exercise ball. Sit on a ball and suck your abs in. Take a dumbbell and hold it above you head with the palms facing up as shown. Hold the arms straight up in the air. Keeping the elbows as merely a pivot point bend the arms bringing the dumbbell behind your head. Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down. | ||||
