Name of exercise:    SEATED DUMBBELL ROWS
Start Position Finish Position
What to do: This exercise can be done sitting on a bench but is best if done on an exercise ball.  Sit on a ball and suck your abs in.  Take a dumbbell and hold it above you head with the palms facing up as shown.  Hold the arms straight up in the air.  Keeping the elbows as merely a pivot point bend the arms bringing the dumbbell behind your head.  Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down.
Don't Forget to: Be careful not to arch your back too much, this will actually put pressure on your lower back.
Equipment needed: Exercise ball and dumbbell
Muscles worked: Triceps
