Name of exercise:    SEATED DUMBBELL CONCENTRATION CURLS

Start Position Finish Position
What to do: Sit down on a flat bench and open your legs.  Use the opposite hand to the one you are working to support the working arm by placing it on the inner thigh just above the elbow as shown.  Make sure the arm is completely vertical grab your dumbbell and flex the arm curling the dumbbell all the way up as far as you can curl it.  Return to the starting position and continue.  Exhaling is on the way up and inhaling is on the way down.
Don't Forget to: Keep the arm vertical and support it with the opposite hand above the elbow.
Equipment needed: Flat bench and dumbbell
Muscles worked: Biceps
