| What to do: | Adjust a cable pulley machine so that the pulley is high above your head. Attach a bar to the clip, preferably an easy curl bar. Grab the bar with your hand very close together as shown and your palms up. Bring the elbow down to the side of your body as you begin the exercise and be sure to keep them there. Allowing the handle bar to rotate in your hands pull on the bar, straightening your arms to a full extension. As you do so make sure you keep your wrists straight. Exhale on the way down and inhale on the way up. | ||||

| Equipment needed: | Cable pulley machine, easy curl bar. | ||||
