| What to do: | Adjust a cable pulley machine so that the pulley is high above your head. Attach a single handle to the clip. It is best if you stabilize yourself by holding on to a pole with the opposite hand of the one you are using. This will help you to keep your working arm still which is important in trying to isolate the triceps. Grab on to the handle with your palm up and bring your elbow right to your side. Keeping the elbow stationary start the exercise with the hand in the up position as shown. Bring your hand down, extending the arm being sure to keep the wrist straight. Extend the arm fully until it is straight exhaling on the way down and inhaling on the way back up. | ||||
| Don't Forget to: | Keep the elbow and body still, don't use jerky motions or momentum. When pulling the handle down have a straight wrist. | ||||
| Equipment needed: | Cable pulley machine, handle attachment. | ||||
