| What to do: | This exercise is best performed on an exercise ball but if one is not available can also be performed on a bench. Lay flat on your back on an exercise ball with your feel pointed forward. Rest your head on the ball to take any pressure off of your neck muscles. Use an easy curl bar for this exercise and grab it with your hands as close together as possible and your palms up. In the starting position extend your arms perfectly straight over your body. Begin the exercise by slowly bending your elbows and bringing the bar down to right over your forehead (be careful not to bonk yourself on the head). Extend the arms back to the stating position and continue. Finally, keep your abs tight while performing this exercise. This will keep your core muscles more stable and make balancing on the ball easier. | ||||
| Don't Forget to: | Keep the elbows still. This takes concentration as you are bringing the bar down. | ||||
| Equipment needed: | Exercise ball, easy curl bar. | ||||
| Muscles worked: | Triceps | ||||
