| What to do: | Place a flat bench straight in line with a cable pulley machine. Adjust the cable pulley so that it is low, next to the floor. Attach a super abs (hanging strap) to the cable pulley. Put the strap over the top part of your feet. and lay down on the bench. Holding on to the bench bring your knees towards your chest contraction your abdominal muscles in the process. Exhale as you pull inhale as you extend your legs back to the start position. | ||||
| Don't Forget to: | To make the exercise more challenging lift your butt once your legs are in the finish position and contract the abs even more. Make sure you keep your feet pointed towards the ceiling or the strap can slip off of your feet. | ||||
| Equipment needed: | Cable pulley machine, flat bench, super ahs strap (hanging strap) | ||||
