Abdominal exercises

Name of exercise:    SUPER ABS: BALL RAISES
Start Position Finish Position
What to do:

Attach two super abs (hanging straps) to a pull up bar or pull up handles.  Step up on a block or bench and put your arms all the way through the straps so you are supporting your weight with your upper arms.  Step off of the block or bench and grab an exercise ball with your ankles.  Lift the ball until your legs are parallel with the ground.  Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way back down.

Don't Forget to: Ideally perform this exercise with a partner.  Have them hold your lower back so you don't swing back and forth.
Equipment needed: Super abs straps (hanging straps), exercise ball, something to stand on to get in position.
Muscles worked: Abdominal muscles, especially the lower abs.
