| What to do: | An oldie but a goodie. One of the more forgotten and under rated exercises! Sit on a sit up machine with your feet under the pads as shown. Start at the bottom and contract the abdominal muscles bringing the upper body up as shown in the finish position. | ||||
| Don't Forget to: | For beginners cross your arms across your chest and for more advance put your hands behind your head or even more challenging put a towel behind your head. | ||||
