| What to do: | Lay down on a sit up bench with your head on the high end of the bench. Lift your legs in the air, point your toes, and alternate your legs up and down in a scissor-like motion. |

| Don't Forget to: | Make short breaths exhaling each time you switch your legs. Don't bring your legs down to far (such as past the horizontal) or your lower back make come off of the bench. | ||||
