| What to do: | Lay down on a flat bench so your hips are right on the edge of the bench. Lift your legs in the air. Have a work out partner put a medicine ball on your abdominal muscles to keep them tight and to help keep your lower back on the bench. Press down on the ball (and therefore the abs). While the person standing pushes down on the bal the person on the bench alternates the legs up and down making short breathes with each switch of the legs. |

| Equipment needed: | Flat exercise bench, medicine ball, work out partner. | ||||
