| What to do: | Support yourself by your forearms on a roman chair. Have a work out partner place a medicine ball between your knees and squeeze tightly. This particular ball weighs 12 lbs. Lift your knees up into your midsection and exhale on the way up. Inhale as you bring your legs back down. |
