What to do: Support yourself by your forearms on a roman chair. First bring your legs so they are straight in front of you.  Then rotate your legs to the left and to the right.
Don't Forget to: Use control and don't go too fast.
Equipment needed: Roman chair.
Muscles worked: Abdominal muscles, oblique muscles.
